With dishes inspired by the culinary heritage of the regions Evrima sails through, and ingredients sourced from local purveyors, here’s how to truly dine well at sea, no matter what type of atmosphere you fancy.

The Mood: Refined Revelry 
Come as you are, for lunch, dinner or drinks al fresco at Mistral. The Mediterranean-inspired menu at this outdoor restaurant features fresh local catches while prime cuts are prepared to order from the grill. The deck serves as one of the best views on the yacht to enjoy dinner or drinks with the added bonus of a plunge pool and TVs for tuning into can’t-miss events.

The Meal: The menu at Mistral highlights the varied cultures, lands and sights that are best explored at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection destinations. Begin with a Mediterranean mezze to share, enjoy light bites like yellowtail crudo and veal carpaccio, and round out your meal with aged-beef flank tagliatta.

The Mood: An Intimate Affair
Indulge in a specialty dining experience designed by Chef Sven Elverfeld of Aqua, the three Michelin-starred restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton in Wolfsburg. Chef Elverfeld’s onboard venture, S.E.A., offers an inspired European tasting menu and wine pairings in a sophisticated setting. Dining at sea has never been more romantic. 

The Meal: While the tasting menu at S.E.A continually changes based on what’s fresh and in-season, recent tasting menu standouts have included marinated Arctic char with char caviar and Japanese wagyu A5.
 

The Mood: Family-Style Fun
Creative interpretations of Southeast Asian cuisine are paired with sophisticated, laidback luxury at Talaat Nam. Shared plates and a sushi bar make for a convivial dining experience, perfect for families or friends.   

The Meal: Sushi bar standouts like spicy soft-shell crab and Thai maki beg to be shared and sampled among friends, while heartier dishes like Korean bibimbap and Talaat Nam ramen are sure to sate even the largest appetites.  

The Mood: Social Hour
One of the inimitable joys of sailing on Evrima is getting the opportunity to meet and mingle with fellow adventurers. Come sundown, social butterflies flock to the Observation Lounge for sips and snacks with a few of their newfound friends.

The Meal: The Observation Lounge is a special place every day, but once each voyage, it plays host to an En Blanc event. Don your best summer whites and sip the signature cocktail, an Old Cuban Mojito, while listening to live music and the most beautiful sound of all — the waves lapping gently against Evrima down below.

The Mood: Out of Office
Leave the laptop behind and settle in for drinks with a truly spectacular view. Only open when the yacht is at anchor, Marina Terrace gives guests a perch on the wing of the yacht, directly above the water. With nothing but a cocktail in hand and the limitless ocean surrounding you, true relaxation is at your fingertips.

The Meal: Sip a favorite beer or wine or sample the wares of our expert mixologists who put a modern spin on classic tropical cocktails. The signature drink at the Marina Terrace is the Guess What, a delightful mix of Bacardi 8 rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, pineapple syrup, Fee Bros chocolate bitters and egg white.
