Our restaurants continually serve up culinary treasures from regions all over the world, but they also set the stage for our stellar wine collection, featuring a vast, 120-bottle private reserve list. And with an assortment of wine-inspired events, oenophiles of all levels of experience— from casual sippers to serious connoisseurs — are in for a variety of treats that run the gamut of the simple to the complex, just like the wines themselves.

Tap Into our Private Reserve

The onboard tastings introduce guests to a multitude of bottles from our extensive private reserve, located in one of our favorite amenities, the Wine Vault, which is located within the main dining room of each yacht. With varietals and blends that show off the character and identity of South American, French, Italian and Australian terroirs, this covetable collection will kindle your appetite for wine and wanderlust alike. 

Guided by this expertise, guests may sip their way through some of the most celebrated wines — and wine regions — in the world, knowing they will be well-equipped to return home with a new appreciation for what’s in their bottle.

During our wine-inspired events, our head sommelier leads guests through an immersive sensory experience, inspiring a whole new cache of chemical-sense memories. Blind Tastings from Around the Globe

If you get a kick out of testing the knowledge of your olfactory system, then you’ll love our blind tastings. Guests may indulge in sampling a variety of easy-to-drink gems at our Blind Tasting: Red Wine Odyssey events, where you can enjoy an in-depth exploration of a host of big reds, including Chateau Mouton (Rothschild, France); Antinori Tenuta Tignanello, Italy; Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon and, Penfolds Bin 389, Australia. As a bonus, guests may organize their own private tastings in the Wine Vault, sampling the private reserve offerings with a small group of family and friends. 

One of our most picturesque destinations also produces one of the finest wines in the worlds. Even while at sea, it’s impossible not to picture lush fields and hillsides blanketed in grapevines at the Best of Bordeaux, where the stars of the show are vintage bottles of Château Latour, Château Lafite Rothschild and Château Margaux. Complex, elegant and versatile — these are the descriptors that perfectly encapsulate our private reserve’s ultra-special bottles.

Champagne Afternoons & Wine Clashes

Love a good glass of bubbly? Make it a point to spend time at one of our Champagne Afternoons, featuring perennial favorites Moet & Chandon and Dom Perignon. Rich, bone dry and highly drinkable, our champagne selections are best enjoyed out on deck, wrapped in a warm breeze while overlooking the sea. 

If it’s a bold, beautiful glass of red you’re craving, the Chilean-Argentinian Wine Clash features all manner of palate pleasers, including Purple Angel by Montes, 2017; Adrianna Malbec by Catena Zapata, 2017; Don Melchor, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2016 and Bramare Malbec by Paul Hobbes, 2019. After this tasting, the dramatic valleys and mountains of the Chilean and Argentine countryside won’t be far from your mind.
